US professional beauty supplier Sally Hair & Beauty has taken a 194,000 sq ft warehouse in Blackburn.
The retailer has secured a 15 year lease with a 12 year break at a rent of £2.50 per sq ft on Unit B Beva@Walker Park from Beva Investments in one of the largest industrial lettings of the year in the North West.
Located just off junction five of the M65 Motorway, Walker Park is home to established occupiers such as Bibby Distribution, Corus, Pentland Group and most recently MDA. This latest letting to Sally Hair & Beauty means that there is now just 82,000 sq ft left available at the park at a quoting rent of £2.50 per sq ft.
