Norbert Dentressangle has appointed Hervé Montjotin chief executive officer to replace François Bertreau who has resigned.
Montjotin has been head of Dentressangle’s Transport Division since 2005 and a member of the executive board since 1998.
Group chairman, Norbert Dentressangle, said: “We are delighted to appoint Hervé Montjotin as chief executive officer of our group. Since 1995, Herve has acquired an intimate knowledge of our company and has all the qualities to lead the management of Norbert Dentressangle and enable the group to succeed in its future growth.”

The group’s supervisory board, which remains made up of: Norbert Dentressangle, chairman, Evelyne Dentressangle, vice-chairman, Clare Chattfield, Henri Lachmann, Jean-Bernard Lafonta, Vincent Ménez, Jean-Luc Poumarède, Bruno Rousset and François-Marie Valentin,
• New members of the executive board will be appointed at the next supervisory board meeting later this month to join Monttjotin and Patrick Bataillard, chief financial officer.
Montjotin joined Norbert Dentressangle in 1995 as human resources director and was appointed managing director in charge of organisation and human resources in 2001, before becoming head of the group’s Transport Division in 2005.
