BC Transport, which is a member of the Palletforce network, has taken delivery of four new 44 tonne Renault tractor units fitted with Euro 5 engines.
“We have been using the new vehicles for around two months and we can already see the difference they are making in terms of mpg and fuel consumption,” said Adam Chadwick, fleet director.
“As well as saving costs and helping us to be ‘greener’, these trucks also provide a more comfortable environment for our drivers and while out on the road they represent our company as a forward-thinking modern business.”
