Volkswagen has extended its lease on its warehouse on the Braunschweig commercial park in Steinriedendamm, Germany until the end of 2014.
Letting agent Matthias Wunsch of Roxem, said: “Thanks to VW’s outstanding sales figures, with their positive impact throughout the automotive region Braunschweig – Wolfsburg, commercial space has become scarce in this region. Far-seeing enterprises have recognised the predictable bottleneck ahead and secured space early. Even older rental spaces are in demand.”
