Luc Put taken over as president of the European Cold Storage and Logistics Association from Hans van Leeuwen who has served as president for the past year.
Put, who is CEO of Belgian cold storage company Colfridis Invest, said a key priority would be to map the future of the association.
He said: “Since 2010, when the partnership with GCCA was established and ECSLA became the number one association to represent the European temperature-controlled logistics industry, much effort has been put into establishing a stable organisation. Now it is time to look ahead and set clear goals for the future.”
