Developer Gladman has completed a £2 million infrastructure project at its 150,000 sq ft Cullompton Business Park scheme in Devon adjoining junction 28 of the M5 Motorway.

With almost five years of little or no commercial property development taking place, there are a number of regions and companies operating within them that are finding it difficult to expand and grow. Our scheme is consented, funded and deliverable and we are well positioned to serve the emerging pre let and pre sale market”.
Gladman has a number of active schemes along the M5 Corridor at Bristol, Gloucester and Tewksbury.
