DB Schenker Logistics has opened a new cross-docking terminal in north-western Poland.
The new facility in Pruszcz Gdański, Gdańsk Pomerania, has a storage area of 4,500 sq m and an office area of 850 sq m, as well as strong traffic links to the network of main national roads, linking it to cities such as Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot.
The company aims to introduce improvements and further developing business operations in Poland and Europe, having moved from a previous terminal in the centre of Gdynia to contribute to reducing the traffic volume in the city.
