Yorkshire-based RediGroup has restructured its senior management team, making managing director Andrew Forsythe chief executive officer.
Sales director, Ray Phelan, has becomes chief business development officer and finance director Rob Drague’s title has been changed to chief financial officer.
Divisional managers have also been appointed to take responsibility of each of the five operating divisions that make up the RediGroup- RediRack, RediFit, RediFloor, RediBuild and RediTechniX.
Andrew Forsythe said: “The time has come to implement changes which will allow the management team to focus on corporate activities while the new divisional managers take on more responsibility for their individual businesses.
“It is our intention that each division will eventually have its own MD equivalent, thereby creating a new layer of management within RediGroup.”
Phil Culling remains chairman.
