Following strong annual results from its shareholder, PayPoint, CollectPlus has increased its parcel volumes to 7.7 million transactions a year rsulting in revenue growth to £17.8 million.
New clients in the past 12 months include John Lewis, Asda, Clarks, Schuh, Hobbs, Music Magpie and Brand Alley. Some 210 brands now use the service.
Chief executive officer Neil Ashworth said: “It has been a very strong twelve months for CollectPlus as a greater number of retailers and their customers have discovered the solution we provide in a changing retail environment.”
CollectPlus is a joint venture between parcel carrier Yodel and PayPoint, the retail payment network. It now has more than 5,250 locations.
Research by the company has shown that retailers within the PayPoint network that offer CollectPlus earn additional annual revenue of £2,712.
