Following a change in market demand and industrial requirements in the North West, Rosemound Developments has announced that its Pioneer Point building will now offer occupiers the option of a sub-division of the building, catering for requirements of 200,000 to 400,000 sq ft.
The 58,063 sq m (625,000 sq ft) unit, situated off the M53 motorway at Ellesmere Port, offers a high quality distribution facility including lorry parking, cross-docking facilities and competitively priced rents.
Speaking of the new offering at the site, Peter Roberts of Rosemound Developments said: “We have received a high level of interest in this building but have noticed that occupier demand in the area is gearing more towards regional distribution centres of 200,000 sq ft and upwards and have therefore taken the decision to offer a product that meets this requirement to the market.”
Steve Moriarty of M3, joint agents for the scheme, added: “Pioneer Point is situated in an excellent location and potentially offers all of the requirements of a regional distribution centre, with the added bonus of low cost labour and a large supply of employment. We are delighted that the building can now offer tailored accommodation and anticipate good levels of interest in the coming months.”
DGi Davis George, Lamont and Co and M3 are joint agents at the building.
