Retailers take most new warehouse space

Non food retailers and food retailers have taken up the most new shed space on the market, taking a floorspace share of 35.4 per cent and 33.3 per cent respectively according to King Sturge. Logistics companies also represent a reasonable share of the market with 19.5 per cent, with manufacturers and ‘others’ taking 12.2 per cent and 6.9 per cent respectively.
