It is a modular system with a central processing platform and has the ability to add a range of functional applications, including ePOD, collections, route loading, image capture, satellite navigation, management reporting and streamlined processes.

Robert Rubner, chief operating officer and head of the Logistics Automation division, said: “Transport logistics providers in Britain are improving their track and trace capability to obtain competitive advantage and higher service quality…Our goal is to establish Kratzer Automation as a regional market leader within the next three years and to increase the sales volume of the Logistics Automation division by 20 to 25 per cent.”
