Cath Kidston, the homeware retailer, has hired iForce to manage its store replenishment, online fulfilment and returns processing on a three year contract.
iForce will replenish all 54 of Kidston’s UK and Irish stores and concessions from the retailer’s existing warehouse in St Neots in Cambridgeshire. Kidston’s warehouse staff will transfer to iForce.
Kidston chief Kenny Wilson said: “iForce demonstrated to us through the tender process that they possessed market leading technology supported by the operational know how that will provide us with the capability of supporting and enhancing our current fulfilment operations across all of our sales channels.”
iForce will be responsible for all e-fulfilment and replenishment logistics. It will also provide some of the merchandise required to support its franchised international stores in Thailand, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.
