The 50,527 sq ft unit features 10 metre-high eaves, four loading doors and the option for additional dock levellers, high loading capacity floors and a 10 per cent office element.
As well as logistics use, the development also has planning permission for data centre uses, and benefits from a secure power supply operated by Slough Heat & Power, a multi-utility company dedicated to serving the customers of the Slough Trading Estate. DTZ is agent.
Data centres are a major occupier at Slough. Data centre outsourcers IX Europe has signed a 20 year lease and construction agreements with Slough Trading Estate for a facility of almost 80,000 sq ft.
