By wpengineIndustrial landlord Segro has agreed a short-term letting at Heywood Distribution Park with Royal Mail to help accommodate the company’s Christmas rush.
Royal Mail has taken a 31,160 sq ft unit on a three-month basis. The deal mirrors a similar agreement last year, which saw the company take extra space at the Rochdale Park. King Sturge and Savills are joint letting agents on Heywood.
