Logistics Link Live saw visitor numbers rise 13 per cent following its move into the National Exhibition Centre.
More than 1,600 logistics professionals attended the exhibition which featured live demonstrations from some of the industry’s leading equipment suppliers.
And, as at Logistics Link South in February, the Logistics Manager conference attracted strong audiences with standing room only for some of the sessions.
This is the first year that Logistics Link Live co-located with Subcon, and it clearly proved a significant attraction for Subcon visitors.
“It was a great show with an exceptional quality of visitors coming through the door. We’re looking forward to the next Logistics Link,” said John Maguire of Flexi Narrow Aisle.
James Astley, distributor sales manager for Schoeller Arca Systems, said: “Logistics Link Live was a huge success – our stand position and products made it easy to meet and exceed our expectations.”
And David Gray of Proteus Software said: “We made a late decision to exhibit at Logistics Link Live. I am really pleased that we did, as we had a really good show. A great deal of interest was shown in our warehouse management systems, generating a good number of quality enquiries. Well done to all of the “Live 2011” team. We are looking forward to an even better show next year. ”
