Driver agency sees 13 pc growth

Commercial vehicle driver agency ADR Network has reported sales up 13 per cent to £65m last year.

Managing director Andrew Waldron put the growth down to ADR’s decisions to offer full time contracts to drivers. Some 800 of the 2,000 drivers it uses are now directly employed.

“Whether we have the ten per cent market share we have targeted is open to a little debate given some uncertainty on the size of the market itself however, with turnover up from £31.45 million in 2008 to £65 million today we are certainly moving in the right direction.”
