UPS Supply Chain Solutions has selected Goodman to develop a 108,000 sq ft a multi-customer logistics facility.
The site at Venlo Trade Park North in The Netherlands has 3,000 sq ft of office space, and is due to be completed for December 2012.
Venlo Trade Park North is10 km from the current Venlo railway terminal and adjacent to the planned extension of the rail terminal in Venlo. The logistics park is 65 km from Düsseldorf Airport; 140 km from Schiphol Airport; 150 km from the Port of Rotterdam and 125 km from the Port of Antwerp.
