Partner Logistics’ two frozen food warehouses in the UK have achieved full quality certification after meeting The British Retail Consortium’s Global Standard for Storage and Distribution.
The warehouses were recently acquired by Ice Cold Storage BV which took on the infrastructure and management team from Partner Logistics along with 80 per cent of its pallet capacity which includes four other warehouses in the Netherlands and Belgium as well as the trade name.
The facilitiy in Wisbech, Cambridge can store up to a capacity of 77,000 pallets in a deep freeze environment, and the Gloucester site can store up to 72,000 pallets. Both are fully automated.
