By wpengineFamily owned hygiene and paper company Abena has taken a 49,650 sq ft warehouse at Sprint Point, Swallowgate Business Park, Coventry.
The company is relocating from within the City and has taken more space so it can expand. It has taken a 10 year lease at a rent believed to be in the region of £5.50 per sq ft.
