By wpengineLegal & General Property has completed the sale of its 84,620 sq ft warehouse on Innova Park in Enfield to clients of Norton Newman, for £11.4 million.
LGP’s Managed Fund purchased the property in a pre-let forward funding in December 2009, for around £8 million. Practical completion occurred in September 2010 and a new 20 year lease to John Lewis commenced simultaneously.
