s.Oliver picks Clipper for returns service

German fashion brand s.Oliver has appointed Clipper Logistics to manage its European wholesale retail returns management service, in so doing becoming Clipper’s first Boomerang contract in mainland Europe.

Tony Mannix, CEO of Clipper, said: “In implementing the Boomerang solution, we will re-organise parts of the current process, including the way clothing is delivered, stored and hung. This will increase supply chain efficiency and improve customer service.”

Clipper has been responsible for the management of s.Oliver’s warehousing, pre-retail processing, and direct-to-store distribution since 1998.
