Parcel carrier Amtrak has won back its delivery contract with Dabs.com, the BT-owned internet retailer.
The deal has no set term but is worth around £250,000 a month and will be reviewed year on year. Amtrak will be delivering around 2,500 items each day.
Dabs had a contract with Amtrak five years ago. A spokesperson said: “A lot has changed at Amtrak in that time – new management and direction – especially as Amtrak has developed a lot in the home delivery area with evening deliveries.”
