Trebor Developments and funding partner, Kay Properties (Midlands) are cracking on with the speculative development of a 55,000 sq ft warehouse in the West Midlands following the appointment contractor A&H Construction.
The contractor is expected to start work on site in September building the speculative 55,000 sq ft industrial unit at Airfield Drive, Aldridge in the Black Country. Completion and occupation could be as early as April 2018.
Trebor and Kay Properties (Midlands) Limited are bringing forward the speculative development to respond to the lack of quality, industrial, accommodation of this size across the Midlands region.
Airfield 55 is being marketed by joint agents, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Burley Browne.
