Goold Estates has bought Beecham Business Park in Aldridge in a £2.4 million deal. The site has a number of occupiers including: Dennis Eagle, Westway Nissan and Oak Furnitureland.

The business is also about to start construction on its Steelpark speculative development in Wednesfield, which will provide 70,000 sq ft of industrial/warehouse units.
