Transport and distribution firm Halcion Express has paid £1.5 million for a 20,519 sq ft warehouse on Lymedale Business Park in North Staffordshire.
Unit B on Dalewood Road is set on a 1.3 acre site and was sold by Harris Lamb on behalf of Chancerygate.
Halcion Express had been looking for premises to expand the business.
