A planning application has been submitted to develop a 160,000 sq ft distribution centre at DBS Pochin’s MA6NITUDE logistics park in Middlewich, Cheshire. If planning permission is granted, the development is expected to be complete in Autumn 2017.
The build is included in Phase 1 of DBS Pochin’s overall plan, which includes the development of nine other industrial and distribution facilities over 1,750,000 sq ft.
