Watch this webinar with Kallikor, Hatmill and Logistics Manager focusing on the adoption of robotics and automation in the warehouse.
Accelerating adoption of robotics and automation at pace and scale is one of the keys to improving productivity, flexibility and sustainability across manufacturing and the wider supply chain. But how can one gain confidence and stakeholder buy-in to the business case, and navigate the path through roll-out to value?
In this session, practitioners from Kallikor and leading supply chain and logistics consultancy Hatmill use real-world examples to explore:
- The barriers to confident adoption of robotics and automation in the supply chain
- How to gain the confidence of stakeholders across the business in the investment case and return on investment for robotics and automation
- How leading supply chain operators are de-risking their implementation and accelerating time-to-value
