Whistl to offer Yodel’s 2-hour delivery service

Following a successful trial, logistics specialist Whistl has announced that it will offer its Parcels and Parcelhub customers Yodel’s new ‘Xpect Mini and Medium’ 2-hour delivery window services.

The service designed for small parcels will cover weights up to 3kg and the medium sized goods service will cover goods weighing up to 17kg.

The two new services join Yodel’s Xpect Large and Extra-Large options. The Xpect service includes full tracking and allows the customer to interact with their delivery preferences, with up to seven inflight options via this service enhancement.

Whistl serves customers ranging from SMEs through to larger brands and retailers. Whistl Parcels focuses on larger brands and retailers, while the Parcelhub brand serves SME and mid-market e-commerce operators.
