Down the works

Two former car manufacturing works in Coventry have been sold and will provide warehousing space in the future.

Arlington has bought the 117-acre former Jaguar works on Brown’s Lane, which it will develop with Stoford Developments, while the Barclay Brothers’ Trenport Investments has secured Peugeot’s 142-acre Ryton Plant, which it says it intends turn into one of the country’s leading logistics centres.
