John Merry, former chief executive of AutoLogic, has launched Quantum Automotive with the promise of a fresh alternative in the finished vehicle logistics market.
Merry is chairman of the new company and is joined by managing director Steve Berry, technical services director Tim Harms, and distribution director Dave Bowes.
Quantum says it has developed a scaleable business model that makes 90 per cent of its cost base flexible. “As a consequence customers obtain a strategic advantage over their competitors by paying genuinely lower prices without loss of service or supplier expertise.”
