The 295,762 sq ft purpose built, high bay, cold storage and warehouse distribution facility was being marketed by administrator Grant Thornton on behalf of Sunberry Properties.
Matthew Robertson of King Sturge said: “The demise of Innovate Logistics brought several major cold store facilities to the East Midlands market at the same time, including an identical building next door. In attempt to preserve value and shorten void, we implemented an off-market campaign targeting key cold store operators which resulted a sale.”
