New omni-channel data system for customer services

Multi-channel technology firm mplsystems has released an intelligentDesktop cloud-based agent desktop system, to address the complexity of the omni-channel customer service environment.

The intelligentDesktop helps contact centres to deal with multiple big data streams and present agents with the right information needed to help customers.

“Our latest version of intelligentDesktop provides organisations with a way to take advantage of Big Data in their customer contact centres with none of the high costs typically associated with traditional IT-intensive data analytics projects,” said Paul White, mplsystems’ chief executive.
