Iain Speak is to take over as chief executive of Bibby Distribution when Theo de Pencier moves to become chief executive of the Freight Transport Association in July.
While de Pencier remains with the business until July concentrating on ensuring short term goals are reached, Iain Speak will focus on driving the growth and development for the company for 2008 and beyond. He has been with the business since 1997, most recently as chief operating officer.
