Despite torrential rain Sladen estates and GE Real Estate will complete early on the second phase of Tetron Point, Swadlingcote, Derbyshire.
The two units of 140,835 sq ft and 93,446 sq ft were completed in July and August respectively. Both buildings provide a high specification including clear internal eaves heights of 10.65 m, secure yards, generous office and ancillary accommodation and car parking. They are finished to a high standard throughout and incoming occupiers will join TNT, Bison, Trelleborg and Peter Black Healthcare who are all now based at Tetron Point.
