The Crawley property is a 51,000 sq ft warehouse nearby Gatwick Airport, which is currently being let to TNT.
The warehouse at Coventry is 90,000 sq ft, adjacent to the Airport, and is currently being let to DHL.
Let by Antolin Interiors, the final warehouse in Huyton is 120,000 sq ft.
