Harlow Council has taken on 70 new Ford vans for its HTS (Property & Environment) fleet. Ford vehicles now make up more than 99 per cent of the company’s fleet.
HTS is a new organisation that has been created by Harlow Council to provide environmental and property maintenance services in the area.
