Arrow Capital Partners has completed a 266,044ft² logistics lease to Evri at its Arrow Point Barnsley development in South Yorkshire.
Evri has taken the last remaining unit at Arrow Point Barnsley on a long-term lease. Following the earlier completion of a 186,000ft² lease to Gem Imports, the development is now fully let.
The Evri unit benefits from 26 dock level loading doors, two level access loading doors, an internal clear height of 15 metres, 61 HGV parking spaces and 169 car parking spaces, alongside a power capacity of 2.7 MVA.
The net-zero embodied carbon development incorporates sustainability features, including air source heat pump technology, electric vehicle charging points and ‘solar ready’ roofs, and has achieved an EPC rating of ‘A’ and a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification.
The lease builds on Arrow Capital Partners’ 3 million ft² of deals signed across Europe last year.
Arrow Capital Partners managing partner, Martyn McCarthy, said: “This lease highlights the momentum of leasing activity across our portfolio as we build on a record 12 months of leasing activity across our developments and standing assets in 2025.
“Last year, the team signed an impressive 62 leases covering almost 3 million sq ft of logistics space across the platform.
“I am extremely proud of the efforts of our team across Europe in delivering consistent outperformance and alpha generation in leasing, development and wider asset management.
“Our network of local real estate teams enables us to identify pockets of demand that guide our stock selection strategy to focus on high conviction submarkets from the perspective of our tenant customers.
“Leasing is in our DNA and I’m delighted that a high calibre tenant such as Evri is taking further space within our SIRE platform.”
