Central and Eastern European-based logistics specialist Garbe has started construction of a new hall at Garbe Park Klášterec nad Ohří II, covering a total area of 55,000m² (c. 592,000ft²).
Reckitt, a manufacturer of consumer health, hygiene, and home care products, will become the anchor tenant.
Reckitt has leased 35,000m² (c. 376,000ft²) of industrial space in the park and will move in during the second quarter of 2026 under a ten-year lease.
Reportedly, the new modern hall at Garbe Park Klášterec nad Ohří II meets high technical standards, offering a clear height of 12 meters, loading docks, and direct access points.
The location benefits from transport connections, linking directly to the Class I road with access to the D7 motorway, fast connections to the D8 motorway to the north, and also to the D6 and D5 motorways heading south.
The park offers high-quality Class A industrial spaces, LED lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, a green façade, and rainwater flushing.
Sustainability is a priority: from the start of construction, the project complies with ESG criteria, EU Taxonomy, and BREEAM certification to ensure environmentally responsible construction and operation.
Global procurement director at Reckitt, Mark Alderson, said: “This strategic move is a milestone for our supply chain efficiency and increasing customer demand for reliable and fast deliveries.
“We choose strong partner in our preferred location without compromising on anything. I am looking forward to our cooperation with Garbe and successful completion of the project.”
