DP World is set to welcome transport and logistics provider PAV Haulage to an facility at its London Gateway Logistics Park.
In Q1 2026, PAV Haulage will move into the 94,000ft² facility – LG94 – on a 20-year lease, which includes plans for a new expansion onto an adjacent development plot.
When the expansion is complete, the facility will be able to accommodate extensive HGV parking, helping to support PAV Haulage’s commercial expansion as they take up tenancy of their flagship unit in London Gateway.
LG94 has been awarded an EPC Rating ‘A’ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certificate, as well as being fitted out with rooftop Solar PVs to provide renewable energy to PAV Haulage throughout their tenancy.
