Perfect Group has taken a 10-year lease on a 17,998ft2 unit at Origin’s INTER industrial and logistics property development in Welwyn, Hertfordshire.
The removal and storage business is the first occupier at the new scheme, delivered by Origin, a joint venture between developer HBD and Feldberg Capital.
Completed in November, the logistics development is located just 2.5 miles from the A1M and 26 miles from central London.
INTER comprises three industrial and logistics units. The remaining units are 40,016ft2 and 13,484ft2 in size.
