GLi, a joint venture between specialist industrial developer KSP and global real assets investor PATRIZIA, has achieved planning permission for a new warehouse development in Enfield, London.
The site, named Sceptre Park, is designed to maximise operational cost-efficiency, featuring 20% active EV spaces and 800KVA total power infrastructure.
Additionally, the joint venture reported that all units are have maximum solar PV on the roof for energy resilience and reduction of occupier costs.
BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A+’ development will comprise six prime net zero carbon warehouse units ranging from 11,615ft² to 21,315ft², with flexible unit configurations to meet diverse logistics requirements.
