Harworth Group Plc has secured reserved matters planning consent for two new warehouse units at its Chatterley Park development in Stoke-on-Trent.
Chatterley Park will have building heights of 40-metres at units A & B and comprises a total of 777,700ft² of Grade A space.
Once complete, Chatterley Park is expected to deliver 1.2 million ft² of high-quality space and support approximately 1,700 new jobs.
Located adjacent to the A500, just one mile from Junction 16 of the M6, Chatterley Park will provide connectivity to the Midlands, North West, and Wales.
Design and build opportunities on the site range from 25,000ft² to 518,000ft² with a target of BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A’ rating.
