EMEA brand incubator Hectic Europe has become the first occupant of the Grade A logistics scheme, Sonar, in Portsmouth.
The occupant took Unit 7 at Sonar which has 35,285ft² of space, with CBRE Southampton and Vail Williams serving as the letting agents.
All units have BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A’ or ‘A+’ ratings, CO2 efficiency, heating and cooling systems, as well as PV panels and EV charging points, making it one of the most sustainable logistics sites in the South.
One further unit is under offer, leaving five units remaining at Sonar, ranging from 5,498ft² to 16,942ft²
