Indurent has completed the acquisition of three UK development sites from industrial and logistics developers Cilldara Group and Graftongate.
The sites in the West Midlands, Merseyside and London together comprise 471,000 ft² of ‘Grade A’ industrial space.
Commercial real estate company Graftongate will develop and deliver the sites between October 2026 and May 2027.
The portfolio comprises: a 90,000 ft² single unit in Walsall; a 199,000 ft² unit in Knowsley, Merseyside; and 12 units totalling 182,000 ft² in Byfleet, London.
All 14 units will be built to the highest environmental standards, targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A+’ ratings. They will also incorporate advanced sustainability features and offer operational flexibility.
The unit in Walsall is expected to be completed in autumn 2026, followed by the Knowsley unit in the first quarter of 2027, and the 12 units in Byfleet in summer 2027.
“This acquisition of prime development sites is a demonstration of our confidence in the strength and resilience of the UK industrial and logistics market,” said Oliver Smith, investment director at Indurent.
Phil Silk, managing director at Graftongate added: “The schemes reflect our shared ambition to deliver modern logistics accommodation of significant scale and quality.”
