Muse has confirmed the sale of the first phase of employment land at WestonM6 to Hillwood.
The land, around 35 acres of fully serviced plots, sits within the WestonM6 neighbourhood between the A500 and David Whitby Way.
Reportedly, it has detailed planning consent for three high-quality logistics and industrial buildings totalling almost 800,000ft².
Hillwood will deliver all the units on a speculative basis, building on the strong momentum already underway across the wider development and adding to the growing cluster of businesses choosing Crewe as their base.
Muse, which is currently delivering across the site, including new estate roads, utilities, drainage and a 26-acre biodiversity habitat, will continue as development managers of infrastructure for Hillwood.
Muse development manager, Sarah Chicken, said: “Welcoming Hillwood marks an important next stage for the project.
“Their investment reinforces market confidence in the location and supports our long-term vision in creating a greener, healthier and more connected business community that attracts forward-thinking businesses, provides new opportunities for local people and boosts economic growth.
“WestonM6 is designed to put people and the environment at its heart and this milestone brings us one step closer to delivering that future.”
