Global air cargo carrier Saudia Cargo has renewed its cargo handling partnership with Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) across eight international gateways.
The renewed contract covers cargo handling services across six European air freight hubs: Amsterdam Schiphol, Brussels, Frankfurt, Paris CDG, London Heathrow, and Manchester, as well as two major US gateways: New York JFK and Washington Dulles International Airport.
The contract was signed in Jeddah by Loay Mashabi, CEO and managing director of Saudia Cargo, and John Batten, chief executive officer, gateway services, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia, at WFS.
According to Saudia Cargo, the renewed partnership is “pivotal to its strategy”, with the key international hubs playing a vital role in supporting Saudia Cargo’s strategic expansion.
Beyond these eight locations, WFS also provides cargo handling services for Saudia Cargo in Liege (Belgium), Kempegowda International Airport (India), Bangkok (Thailand), Johannesburg (South Africa) and Los Angeles (USA).
Saudia Cargo said the renewed contract reflects WFS’s consistent ability to meet high standards of excellence.
“The continued partnership reinforces Saudia Cargo’s dedication to leveraging strategic alliances to optimise its logistical network and provide efficient and reliable air freight solutions across its extensive global network,” it added.
