Global supplier Trixie Pet Products has entered into a three-year partnership with 3P Logistics (3PL) in the UK.
The appointment of the UK-based third-party logistics provider enables Trixie to focus on increasing its share of the UK market. The company already supplies more than 6,000 food products and pet accessories nationally.
Under the partnership, 3PL will provide inbound logistics, fulfilment, delivery, returns management and customer support services for Trixie. The company is also ISO 9001 accredited and operates from modern ‘Grade A’ warehousing.
Trixie’s order management systems and 3PL’s warehouse and dispatch systems will be integrated using a proprietary fulfilment platform. This platform will support picking and packing from dedicated fulfilment centres, real-time tracking and increase visibility.

The partnership will enable Trixie to develop a model that integrates wholesale, retail and distribution partners alongside direct-to-consumer channels in the UK.
As a global enterprise, moving to an in-country fulfilment partner marks a key stage in Trixie’s growth strategy. UK market growth and brand affinity will be strengthened by efficient order fulfilment and meeting OTIF targets, 3P Logistics said in a statement.
