UK industrial and warehouse developer Tungsten Properties has leased two units at Centurion Park in Colchester, Essex.
Unit 9, a 33,000ft2 (3,065m2) facility, has been let to Derby-headquartered builders and plumbers’ merchants, M Markovitz.
Vital GRP, a glass-reinforced plastic specialist has taken Unit 11, which is also around 33,000ft2.
“This move to Tungsten Properties’ state-of-the-art building in Colchester is a significant milestone the company, allowing us not only to sustain our growth trajectory but also to enhance operational efficiency in a modern and conducive environment,” said Kevin Webb, managing director, Vital GRP.
Centurion Park, Colchester is a new development of 11 industrial and distribution units. The units range in size from 11,000 ft2 to 70,500ft2 and are suitable for B1(c), B2 and B8 uses.
The buildings at Centurion Park are have an EPC ‘A’ rating, BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and Net Zero Carbon in Construction. So far, lettings has been agreed for three units at the site.

In March, Chigwell Window Centre leased Unit 6, with a total area of 45,754ft2.
Coke Gearing and Savills are the leasing agents for Centurion Park, Colchester.
