Centralpoint, the logistics park located at Eurocentral, has concluded a deal to attract its first tenant, engineering services supplier TRAC International.
TRAC has taken a ten year lease on the 41,266 sq ft Athena building, a new unit with dedicated office space.
TRAC has existing bases in Bellshill, Aberdeen, Chesterfield, Inverness and Dublin. Director Rab Watt (left) said: “We aim to consolidate our existing Central Belt operations under one roof.”
Karen Campbell, chief executive TAL CPT Land Development (right), who is in charge of the Centralpoint development, said: “Securing a letting of this magnitude and so early on in the creation of this scheme is of significant news, especially given the current market conditions.”
The Centralpoint development, which was due for completion in August, will provide over 423,660 sq ft of space across six buildings.
